Our priorities

Affordable housing

02

Educational advancement

03

Economic empowerment

04

Health & wellness

05

Family support

These priorities guide our current work and the initiatives we are developing.

OUR WORK

Practical help. Meaningful connections.

Useful information and opportunities to care for one another.

01 / RESOURCE CONNECTIONS

Community Advocate Program

We serve as a resource navigator—helping people identify services, understand next steps, and connect with agencies and organizations that may be able to help.

We make connections and referrals. Agencies determine eligibility and available support; a referral does not guarantee assistance.

02 / HEALTH & WELLNESS

Community Health Day

Bringing health information, supportive resources, and basic-needs giveaways to our community through partnership.

03 / COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Events & Updates

We believe sharing useful information can uplift a community. Our CDC Facebook and Instagram pages are the primary places we share events, resources, and opportunities that support people and families.
